The Survey Data Recycling (SDR) Project
This website presents the the project Survey Data Recycling: New Analytic Framework, Integrated Database, and Tools for Cross-national Social, Behavioral and Economic Research, financed by the US National Science Foundation (PTE Federal award 1738502).
The major goals of the SDR project are to (I) build an integrated database that allows users to overcome limitations of space and time coverage inherent in individual international survey projects, (II) devise and test analytic tools for analyzing multi-country multi-year high-dimensional databases like the one created in the SDR project; and (III) develop and publicize methods of survey and general data harmonization that can be used by this project and similar initiatives in survey and data harmonization.
